MA Talent 5K Scholars is a 100% scholarship program by MA Talent Africa, offering 5,000 fully funded places across two tracks: Financial Analytics and Data Analytics. Each track carries a full market value of ₦250,000, but tuition is completely waived.
Every scholar who completes their track is eligible for a 3–6 month internship placement with MA Talent Africa's partner organizations.
This program draws directly from the curricula of our existing schools: the School of Finance, the School of Investment, the School of Data Analytics, and the School of Investment Banking, condensed into two focused, practical tracks.
Scholars learn to apply their skills across real sectors of the economy, including Banks, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Industrial Goods, and Agriculture, so the training is grounded in how these tools are actually used in the market, not taught in the abstract.
After completing the program, every scholar becomes eligible for a 3-to-6-month internship, virtual or physical, with partner companies across finance, banking, and data. This is backed by MA Talent Africa's track record of placing over 8,000 alumni at leading finance and investment firms.
